1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wtc88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://wtc88.win and all associated subdomains and services.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wtc88 platform in any capacity.

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the wtc88 Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole transactional currency of the wtc88 Platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are enabled.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering, you warrant and represent that:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any material change. wtc88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any third party.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

You must notify wtc88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. wtc88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to promptly notify us upon becoming aware of a breach.

wtc88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be configured from your Account Settings page.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wtc88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Bank Islam, and other methods as made available by wtc88 from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processors. wtc88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which wtc88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available cash balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met);
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by our compliance team;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction as displayed in the Cashier section of your Account;

Typical withdrawal timelines for verified accounts: e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within standard Malaysian banking hours. wtc88 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Bonus & Promotional Terms

Bonuses, free bet credits, and all other promotions offered by wtc88 are subject to the specific terms stated in the respective promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from cash balances and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods are stated per promotion;
• One bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly permitted;
• wtc88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, subject to the fulfilment of any already-accepted bonus terms;
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated betting — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the wtc88 Platform are subject to individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules contain more specific provisions for a particular game type.

All random number generator (RNG) games on the wtc88 Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated from professionally managed studio environments subject to regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, wtc88 will use all reasonable endeavours to determine the correct outcome based on available game state data. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wtc88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the Platform;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account;
• Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at wtc88 staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wtc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. wtc88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.

wtc88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Amendments & Termination

wtc88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

wtc88 may terminate or suspend your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason consistent with our regulatory obligations. In the event of termination for cause, wtc88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your Account balance pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of our gaming licence. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out by our licensing authority.
